     I enjoy learning… everything! From religion to science, art to philosophy, music to writing. This has been a huge benefit for me personally as well as professionally. So many times I hear clients talk about their hobbies and interests, and we are able to work together to find an exercise that is both enjoyable and therapeutically beneficial.

     I enjoy the great outdoors! There is so much peace and beauty, harmony and healing in nature… if we just open our eyes to see it and hear it. Taking a walk, going for a hike, playing soccer with the family, shooting hoops with friends, or just sitting somewhere quiet and literally listening to the birds are all great ways to get outside and breath in the fresh air!

     I enjoy my family! I am very blessed with great kids and an amazing husband. It’s those we surround ourselves with that influence, impact, and affect the best of ourselves. When you have people in your life you can trust and be open with, that can be a huge game changer!

     I enjoy joy! Yes, joy! Happiness is a choice and joy is a long-lasting inhabitant if we let it be. As you just read, I have many things that make me feel happy and bring me joy. What things bring you happiness and joy? Finding those things is so, so, so important when working through challenges in life.
